We gladly accept return and exchange requests within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the items meet our guidelines and terms & conditions.

Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  • While trying garments, please avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or any chemicals. Shoes must be tried on a soft, clean surface to prevent marks or scratches.
  • Hosiery and swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene seals are intact.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box (considered part of the product).
  • Returned items must be free from pet hair, scratches, or damage. Please keep them away from animals.
  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Orders purchased using store credit are not eligible for additional discounts.

Refund Policy:

We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, returns are credited in the form of store credit, valid for 6 months and non-transferable to another account.

Please Note:

  • Items that are worn, used, soiled, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Returns will also be refused if garments have not been cared for according to the label instructions (washing, ironing, dry-cleaning).
  • Each item will be carefully inspected upon return. If it does not meet our guidelines, it will be shipped back to you.
  • If approved, a credit note will be issued to your LittleTags Luxury Wallet and emailed to you.

Collection of Returns / Exchanges :

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For convenience, we can arrange a collection from your home. Simply contact us at info@littletagsluxury.com or +91-8447722222.
  • A nominal fee of INR 500 (for parcels up to 5 kg) will be deducted from your store credit if you choose our courier service.

Exchanges :

  • To exchange an item for a different size, please return the original product as per the guidelines above.
  • Once received, we will reserve the requested size (subject to availability) and ship the replacement to you at no extra delivery cost.
  • Please note: Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Timelines :

  • Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your parcel, provided all conditions are met.

Price Adjustments :

We are unable to refund the difference if an item goes on sale after your purchase.

Damaged / Incorrect Items on Arrival :

If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. In such cases, we will arrange collection at no additional cost.

Packaging Condition :

Items must be returned in their original branded packaging, such as dust bags, shoe boxes, or protective covers.
